Socialite Priscilla Kayira Nsane Reveals Shocking Brain Infection Diagnosis

Socialite and media personality Priscilla Kayira Nsane has made a shocking revelation about her health, disclosing that she has been diagnosed with a serious brain infection that could lead to epilepsy if left untreated.

Kayira Nsane shared the news on X, formerly Twitter, explaining that the diagnosis was made during a routine medical examination following an accident that left her with head injuries. The doctors discovered that she had contracted Neurocysticercosis, a parasitic infection of the central nervous system.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), Neurocysticercosis is a leading cause of epilepsy worldwide and is caused by the pork tapeworm Taenia solium. The infection can be contracted through consuming undercooked pork, drinking contaminated water, or poor hygiene practices.

Fortunately, Kayira Nsane's diagnosis was made early, and she had not yet started experiencing any side effects. She expressed her relief and gratitude, saying, "It's certainly dangerous and alarming news, but the doctor said we caught it early."

Reflecting on her experience, Kayira Nsane urged her followers to prioritize their health, emphasizing the importance of paying attention to one's well-being, even when everything seems fine on the surface.
